On this lovely summer day at Piedmont Park, we celebrated baby E’s first birthday with a smash cake milestones session + family photos! We strolled around this gorgeous Atlanta park and enjoyed the ducks, dogs, and sunshine. There’s just something about being at a park on a sunny day that puts you in the best mood!
Once we made it to Oak Hill with that classic Atlanta skyline in the background, we got out the CUTEST smash cake set up that Mama planned out so well. Baby girl didn’t really know what to do at first but she got the hang of it- and big brother was happy to help her out, lol!
On the walk back to our cars, we noticed the undeniable sunset behind the Atlanta skyline and we couldn’t resist snapping a few photos of just Mom & Dad! I always seek to capture a few moments of just the parents – they put so much effort into fun for their kids and I like to create moments just for them, too! This milestones + family session was such a blast!
